MODELS OF TRAINING (customized training )

ASTA establishes  a logical relationship between the sequential stages in the process of training need analysis, formulating, delivering and evaluating.Under systematic approach our training is undertaken on a planned basis. As organizations are working in open environment i.e. there are some internal and external forces impacting on the content, form and conduct of the training efforts. Our models of training includes System Model consisting of 5 phases – Analyze, Design, Develop, Execute and Evaluate, Instructional System Development Model consisting of 5 stages Analysis, Planning Development, Execution and Evaluation and Transitional Model.

METHODS OF TRAINING

ASTA’s training is divided into two methods namely cognitive method which gives theoretical training through lectures, demonstrations, discussions, computer based training and behavioral method which gives practical training through games and simulations like behavior modeling, business games, case studies, equipment stimulators, role plays….. Both the methods changes attitudes through different means.
